This project involved the strip-out of the existing retail unit and formation of a
new luxury flagship store within Selfridges. Works included the construction of
a mezzanine floor with structural steelwork, a bespoke curved steel staircase,
and premium timber, carpet, and marble finishes. Extensive M&E installations,
specialist lighting for display cabinets

This project involved the construction of the structural shell for a side and rear extension. The scope of works included groundworks and foundations, the erection of the superstructure, the installation of structural steelwork, and the completion of a fully weather-tight shell
Barnwell Road, Hearn Hill
This loft conversion created a bright, well-considered living space featuring a new bathroom, strategically positioned Velux roof windows, and a bespoke spiral staircase that acts as a strong architectural focal point. Careful detailing and proportion ensured the staircase integrated seamlessly within the existing layout.
